Think inside the boxLocal knowledge
Seattle catering is rarely about the food alone. A grazing table bound for a downtown tower has to clear a loading dock, fit a booked freight elevator, and arrive on a floor where the nearest outlet is not always where you would like it. We ask those questions at the enquiry stage rather than at the door.
Residential Seattle brings its own puzzles. Queen Anne and Capitol Hill streets rarely offer a convenient loading spot, and a long flight of front steps changes how we pack. Knowing about it in advance is the difference between a relaxed setup and a rushed one.
Neighborhood to neighborhood, the food does not change — the logistics do. Anything within ten miles of our Mercer Island kitchen carries no delivery charge, and a flat $35 applies to addresses beyond that.
Send the date, the headcount and the building. We will tell you exactly what is workable.

Yes, and the building details matter. Most towers require a booked freight elevator and a loading dock slot, sometimes with a certificate of insurance on file. Send us the building name and your facilities contact when you enquire and we will coordinate the dock window directly.
Yes. Client receptions, team celebrations, product launches and all-hands lunches are a regular part of our Seattle work. Grazing tables suit a standing reception, while canapé boxes make individual portions simple to hand out across a floor.
We plan it in advance rather than circling the block. For residential streets we ask about the nearest legal loading spot; for commercial buildings we book the dock. Grazing tables need 60 to 90 minutes on site, so we arrive well ahead of your guests.
Yes. Larger Seattle events are best planned with four to six weeks of notice so we can scale the table and the team properly. Tell us the guest count and venue and we will confirm what is workable for your date.
We do. A grazing table works particularly well during the gap between a ceremony and a sit-down meal, and canapés carry a cocktail hour. Wedding dates should be discussed early, especially for summer weekends.
